Looking for a St Ives holiday home with fabulous views? If so, Vitamyn Sea will certainly promise you that. Fully renovated in 2020, the house has had a substantial facelift to offer a home that all the family will love and is literally just a few moments walk to the harbour front and the beaches! If you are a couple and want a cosy and romantic getaway, Vitamyn Sea will certainly give you the tonic needed to recharge your batteries. This 4-storey house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a small outside seating area and allocated parking for 1 car provided at St Ives Rugby Club (13 minutes on foot, a couple of minutes by car). The kitchen is well-equipped and has all integrated appliances; dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave and hob. There is a large dining table to seat 8 comfortably so you can cater for your family holidays with minimum fuss. There are 4 bedrooms based over three floors; on the same floor as the kitchen/ dining area is a bunk room, downstairs is a bedroom that can either be a twin bedroom or king size bed (please note that in this room there are low beams so if you are 5ft 8 or over, you will need to duck between the beams!) and on the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms. There is a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC opposite the ground floor bedroom and on the same floor as the double bedrooms, there is a family bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and WC. There is a utility area on the ground floor that houses the washing machine, tumble drier and boiler. There is access to a small courtyard with built-in seats so you can sit and plan the day’s activities with your morning cup of tea! On the top floor of the house is the living room and you will be blown away by the panoramic views from the wall to wall window. You will see Godrevy Lighthouse and sea views beyond the town house orange roofs! Choose from two comfortable sofas and lose yourself in the view for hours. Whether day or night, the views will keep you captivated. There is a Smart TV and sound system for when you do want to tear yourself away from the changing view and watch your favourite programmes while relaxing into holiday mode. Being in the heart of St Ives, you are within easy walking distance of all 5 beaches and the town centre with its variety of restaurants to suit all dietary requirements, galleries, shops and sea activity centres to try your hand at surfing, stand up paddle boarding or sea kayaking. If you prefer staying on dry land, the walks in and around St Ives are breath-takingly beautiful where you can go from coast to moor and back again in a day while taking in a lunch along the way either by packing a picnic or stopping at a pub serving hearty meals and delicious and refreshing local drinks. Please note that dogs are not permitted at Vitamyn Sea, all bed linen and towels are provided for your stay but please bring along your own beach towels. There is no travel cot or high chair at the property but we are very happy to recommend a local firm where you can hire these separately where they drop them off to the property for your convenience. Please refer to the Rental Agreement during the booking process for our detailed cancellation policy. We do offer a refund structure but on VRBO we have needed to select 'no refund'.
