The detached house with a large fenced plot is located on the outskirts of Tronzano. Through a porch you enter the large living room with three-seater, two seater and armchair in front of the panoramic window and exit to the large balcony, which stretches across the entire western side of the house, with fantastic views of Lake Maggiore and the opposite shore. The fireplace is unfortunately only for decoration. A satellite TV is available. Through a generous passage to get into the dining room with access to the furnished side terrace which can also be reached from the kitchen. A bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with large shower is next to the dining room and has an exit to the balcony.
