The chalet is situated at the southern edge of Radstadt, approximately 1 km from the nearest ski lift and golf course and is within walking distance to the historic centre of Radstadt, which offers a good selection of restaurants and shopping facilities. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the skilifts. An automatic garage is available and there are further parking spaces for up to four cars.
