Apartment details: The typical Ligurian house “Casa rosa” extends over several levels. There are 2 bedrooms in total and the atmosphere of the house is unique (some rooms have lower ceilings than the others). On the ground floor there is a cozy and well organized dining room with a kitchenette and a living room (without window) with a sofa bed in which can sleep up to 2 people. On this floor guests can find a full bathroom with a bathub. On the first floor there are 2 interconnected bedrooms. The first bedroom has a bunk bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a small bathroom with a sink and toilet. Finally on the upper floor, guests can find a room with a shower and a beautiful terrace with a truly exceptional sea view. It is the most beautiful terrace in the village! “Casa rosa” stands in a closely interlaced row of houses in the historic center of Lingueglietta. The accommodation has: fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, independent heating, TV with satellite channels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. On the terrace: chairs, table, deckchairs and parasol. Accommodation is ideal for a family! Anyone who has enjoyed the summer heat and the hustle and bustle by the sea can look forward to the freshness and tranquility that lies over Lingueglietta in the evening. On the slopes above Lingueglietta, the centuries-old mule trails invite you to go hiking and mountain biking. The serpentine mountain roads are an Eldorado for cyclists. Located 6 km above the sea, “Casa rosa” offers the attractions of the coast with its fine sandy beaches, beautiful rocky reefs and the lively and exotic coastal towns. Here you will also find the peace and relaxation of the tranquil mountain villages amidst the cultural and artistic treasures of the hinterland. The first sandy beaches can be found in San Lorenzo al Mare: here you can walk along many beautiful restaurants and bars. Imperia (nearby) also offers all shops. The beaches of San Lorenzo with their excellent water quality are particularly popular with families. The center of the valley is San Lorenzo al Mare, about 6 km below Lingueglietta, where there is a small selection of shops, restaurants, bars, a butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank and even a hairdresser. You will also find a bike rental that offers guided trekking tours for children. From here the beautiful bike path starts right by the sea! For golf enthusiasts there are at least 10 golf courses in Italy and France within a radius of 60 - 90 km. The closest courses are the 'Golf Club Garlenda' between Alessio and Abenga and 'Circolo Golf degli Ulivi' near Sanremo. Further recommended courses can be found near Grasse and in Monaco, the 'Monte Carlo Golf Club' located high above Monte Carlo.
