The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: on 450 square meters over three floors, the living and sleeping areas, a large country house kitchen and an exclusive wellness area with its own sauna, relaxation area and private beach. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house towards the south-west, with a view of the Gutspark, the Fulgenbach, a forest and paddocks. The special thing about this house is its comfort for the highest demands: Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with television, a private bathroom and a dressing room. The beds are high quality box spring beds from the French manufacturer Treca Interiors. Just like in the old days, you enter the house in a large, traditional entrance hall with a historic stone pavement, a large fireplace, a separate cloakroom and two guest toilets. Behind the entrance hall is the fully equipped country house kitchen - a custom-made with a large French La Cornue gas stove and two ovens. The kitchen is equipped for maximum functionality, with two sinks, wine fridge, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen appliances. Cooking and chatting are also possible in a large group on the kitchen island. The open breakfast room with a large dining table for 8-10 people borders the kitchen. A massive antique country house buffet creates a cozy atmosphere and holds large soup and serving bowls. There is also a CD player with a selection of music. You can access the west side of the terrace from both the kitchen and the breakfast room. Here is the banquet table for up to 20 people - a wonderful place to celebrate in summer. A small staircase leads to a small garden with fruit trees and herb beds - help yourself! The southern part of the house is entirely dedicated to living and relaxing. You enter the living room from both the entrance hall and the kitchen. A large, cast-iron fireplace forms the centerpiece of the room, around which there are comfortable sofas and deep armchairs. There is also a second, large dining table for 8-10 people. From the living room you enter the south side of the terrace with a panoramic view of the extensive estate park. Here is a small, round coffee table for 5 people and some sun loungers. Relax here especially in the afternoon! A top-class wellness oasis extends into the basement of the house: with a large sauna, relaxation room and private beach. You will also find a small kitchenette, showers and two more toilets. A double bed in the relaxation room can be used for 2 more people if required. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the upper floor and are designed for maximum comfort. The master bedroom impresses with its view over the estate park and an extra-large bathtub. The second bedroom has a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed and a large double bed on a gallery. In the third bedroom, two chaise longues, one of which can be used as a sofa bed, look out over the extensive estate park; two single beds are on a gallery. At the other end of the upper floor is the "Storchennest" apartment, with its own kitchen and full bath. On the ground floor below is the "Schwalbennest" apartment with its own sun terrace.
