Luxurious newly renovated apartment (2020 season) located in the best of Puerto de Pollensa. Apartment located on the first line in Puerto Pollensa, with stunning views of the sea and the Marina, the mountains and Sa Fortalesa. It can accommodate 8 people in 4 rooms. The apartment is completely renovated brand new, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation. It is located on the top floor (room) of a building with an elevator. In the upper part of the apartment we find a magnificent terrace for shared use, with a barbecue, a table and chairs (exclusively for guests of the apartment), this area is perfect for dinner at sunset. Distribution It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two en suite), a nice and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the marina and the sea that surrounds the entire apartment. Next to the main door is the access to the upper terrace. There are two rooms with double beds, two rooms with two single beds, all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. This apartment has all the amenities such as Smart TV, WIFI Internet, HIFI sound tower, fully equipped kitchen ... It is the ideal place for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation without sacrificing the comfort of modern life. Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m. Note 4.
