Situated on the ground floor, the modern apartment with a sleek design consists of a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed (for one person), a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a television and a washing machine. Furthermore, a baby cot and a highchair can be provided upon request. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex, you will find a large, refreshing pool. You can also spend some relaxing hours on your private patio, which is furnished with a table and chairs for drinks or fresh meals. A selection of shops, restaurants and bars as well as one supermarket are located within a 10-minute walk or 800 m of the apartment. Furthermore, the popular, sandy beach in Caleta de Fuste is only a 5-minute drive or 3.5 km away. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. *PLEASE NOTE*: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shared pool is closed from 2-3 pm for cleaning.
