Our house, renovated in 2016, is located in downtown Avranches and will be perfect for up to 12 people and 2 babies. Its strengths: 25 minutes from Mont St Michel and the beaches, a terrace and a garden, a games room for children, and a large car park! It will offer all the advantages of a townhouse (all shops and businesses are at the foot of the house) and the quiet of the countryside as it is not overlooked. The renovation we undertook was designed to make the home comfortable and inviting, with quality materials and large volumes (3 to 5 meters below the ceiling). In detail, the house is composed of: - 1 large living / dining / kitchen facing south, with a large kitchen opening directly onto a raised terrace - 4 spacious bedrooms with 9 beds in total - 1 playroom for children, which also offers a one double futon on tatami mats.
