The workshop, lodging near Rouen

The workshop is an independent house near the owner's house, located in the heart of a village 10 minutes from Rouen. The workshop is labelisée 3 stars. We have a capacity of 4 people. The cottage is a house of 50 m2 including the ground floor a kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The cottage is fully equipped to allow you to spend a pleasant stay, it has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, DVD, CD player, free wifi, Netflix, games for children, books, cot and sofa bed in the living room. Possibility washing and drying linen for 5 euros. You also have a terrace of 45 m2 overlooking the garden with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the Norman sun. This place is decorated with paintings and sculptures that the owner is a painter.
