Hop on the gondola nearby to be taken to the heights of the Superbagnères ski resort. During your stay, make sure to visit the amazing thermal baths in Luchon, and take a stroll along the Allées d'Étigny! Our apartment of 35 m² accommodates up to 6 guests and has 1 BEDROOM featuring a Double bed. The cozy sleeping alcove contains a Bunk bed. There is an additional Single sofa bed with a pull-out bed recommended for children in the living room. Get ready for your day in the full BATHROOM that comes equipped with towels upon arrival. Relax on the sofa in the open-plan LIVING AREA, and turn on the TV. Prepare meals in the KITCHENETTE with ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave/grill and dishwasher, and then enjoy the meal around the dining table. Step outside onto the furnished terrace or balcony for a breath of fresh air! Our space comfortably accommodates 4 guests but can sleep up to 6. After a day on the slopes, you will love to take advantage of the amenities and services at the Residence Les Pics d'Aran, where this property is located. Relax in the semi-covered heated swimming pool (open from mid-June to September, and from December to April), or play table tennis with friends and family for a charge. Warm up in the paid sauna available on-site. For your convenience, paid Wi-Fi is available in the reception, and there are paid laundry facilities and complimentary outdoor parking available on-site. For short stays of under 6 nights, bed linen, towels, and an end of stay cleaning are included! For long stays of 7+ nights, bed linen kits cost €8/kit, and towel kits cost €8/kit. A small daily tourist tax per person and a damage deposit of €300 will be collected upon arrival. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for a fee.
