In the hinterland of the Costa Smeralda, the famous coastline in the northeast of Sardinia with the emerald green sea, the small, rugged bays and pompous marinas, the cosy 60 m2 maisonette holiday apartment "Bilocale Arzachena" is located on the first and second floor of a two-storey building on the outskirts of the town of Arzachena in a quiet residential area with lots of greenery. The apartment has a small living room with a sofa bed for one person, a dining table with chairs, a well-equipped kitchenette with gas cooker, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer, a bedroom and a large bathroom with shower, bidet and WC and can accommodate 3 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, heating and a TV with cable connection. Outside there is a spacious balcony with a wonderful mountain view. Especially in the evenings, when the sun loses its power, it is excellent to dine outside and enjoy the beauty of the Sardinian landscape. Various supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity, and some restaurants are also less than 10 minutes (300 - 650 m) walk away. The numerous beaches of the Costa Smeralda are all about 30 minutes drive away by car, the nearest beach is the Spiaggia di Cannigione about 8 km away (less than 10 minutes by car). Olbia airport is half an hour's drive away (27 km) and the ferry port is about the same distance. Parking spaces are available on the property.
