Welcome to Ty Brennig, a charming, tastefully renovated and fully equipped studio. Located a few minutes from the beach, it is ideal for a solo or duo stay or a small group of friends! Nicely decorated, you will feel at ease and will be able to settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive: linen included, wifi, welcome products to start your stay, etc. We look forward to welcoming you soon! Accommodation In a small co-ownership of 11 flats, Ty Brennig, entirely renovated, is located on the 3rd and last floor, accessible by stairs. Facing North-East, you will benefit from a freshness that is very much appreciated during the hot summer months. With a surface area of 21 m², the studio is arranged as follows - The living room is divided into 3 functional areas: a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a lounge area with a sofa bed for a second bed and a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter and Senseo coffee machines, crockery, etc.). You can have your meals on site. - Bathroom with spacious shower (100x80), washbasin unit with large mirror and hanging toilet. The studio is equipped with a washing machine and for the little ones, a cot and a high chair are available on request. The property has an inner courtyard with an area for hanging laundry. A storeroom can also be provided if necessary to store equipment (beach, bicycles, pushchair, etc). Neighbourhood The flat is located in a very quiet one-way street and is very close to the centre of Dinard. Everything is accessible within 5 minutes on foot (sea, market, public services, swimming pool, cinema, restaurants, shops, casino, port, etc). You will find in the surroundings restaurants, food, bakery and pastry shop, Tobacconist's and newspapers... Many possible activities : Beach, walks, cycle paths, GR hiking trail, fishing on foot and in the sea, swimming pool, casino, cinema, sailing, proximity of Saint Malo (large aquarium, intra muros, port and access by the port, shuttles to the Channel Islands) Transport Bicycle hire in the street, sea shuttle to Saint Malo, BUS, TGV arrival in Saint Malo. Veil car park 300m away, near the Halles du marché de Dinard (free). Other remarks To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (ad management and reservation service) and Ma Conciergerie 22 (concierge / stewardship service). Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation (beds made on arrival, towels, bath mats and tea towels). The households are guaranteed natural (black soap, white vinegar, citric acid). You will have a local and artisanal welcome basket. It is composed of cider or apple juice from the farm of the moors of St Cast, handmade soap by a craftsman of St Cast, 1 organic glass and a bottle of mineral water from Plancoet. The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. An umbrella bed is offered by the concierge at 20 euros per stay. The accommodation does not have an internet connection.
