This apartment is one of a kind ! Like the pictures show the view from the apartment is spectacular !! It's located right downtown in Reykjavik center, in the neighbourhood called "Skuggi" / "Skuggahverfi", in front of the building you have the famous sculpture "Sólfarið" and walking path along the sea side down to the Harpa Concert hall and harbour area. The main street Laugavegur is just two blocks up with all the restaurants, bars and shops. You can't beat this location. From the apartment you have good view of the Volcanic Eruption in Geldingadalir! The apartment is 135 square meters. From the living room you have spectacular view over the ocean and the mountain range you see from Reykjavik. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We have two bedrooms, Master bedroom has King Size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, that can also be put together as King Size bed. We also have very nice sleeping sofa in the TV room, from the TV room you have balcony with incredible view over the Reykjavik city, church Hallgrimskirkja etc. We have two bathrooms, the master bathroom has nice shower and bathtub. The second bathroom has toilet. You can park your car outside in front of the building. Strong Wifi is included and we have 65" TV with TV stations including sport stations. We can arrange airport pickup and help you set up tours if you like. We manage over 25 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik.
