There is also a wall mounted heater in the master bedroom. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and pedestal fans are available for each bedroom and the lounge room. THE LOCATION Only a short walk to Orange train station. A leisurely stroll down the road and you'll find yourself at award winning Restaurant 'Charred' & a locals favourite, Bills Beans Cafe. Kinross Wolaroi School is a short 3 minute drive. Within 4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD with plenty of wonderful restaurants, cafe's, parks, pubs, bars and boutique shopping. Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10-15 minutes by car. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire villa for the duration of their stay.
