The apartment is centrally located and has a shared roof terrace to enjoy the view of the city and canal in front of the building. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a bed/living room. The separate bedroom holds a double bed which can be split. The living room has a small kitchen area which includes a combi microwave and fridge (with freezing compartment). The living room also holds a double bed which can be split. The private bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. When entering the guest suite, you first walk into the hallway. Via this hallway you can access the bathroom and separate toilet, and also the bedroom and living room. The apartment is suitable for maximum 4 guests. It is 35 m2 large. All great attractions Amsterdam has to offer are within walking distance. Such as the Ann Frank House (15 min walking), the nine picturesque little streets (5 min), the Van Gogh Museum (20 min), Dam Square (Royal Palace) (19 min) and Leidse Square (9 min). The area around the apartment holds many popular cafés and restaurants which are visited by both locals and tourists. You will also find: lots of shops, a bike rental, a car rental, supermarkets, a bakery and a coffee shop. The bus station is located across the water of the apartment (a 1 minute walk). This provides you with a direct connection to Schiphol Airport (40 minutes) and Amsterdam Central Station (10 minutes). Due to the construction of the building (build in 1890), the staircase is the only way to access the apartment.
