Grande villa du 19ème siècle avec piscine
Large 19th century villa with swimming pool
Magnificent villa of 300 square meters located in La Seyne-sur-Mer. The house was built in the 19th century and restored a few years ago respecting its history (choice of materials, colours...). At the time, there were only vineyards and orchards around the house, today the city has gained ground, but the villa has been preserved. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Enjoy your stay! ## Logement The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist stay. It has: Parking (which can accommodate up to 4 cars in the garden in front of the villa), Coffee machine (one capsule and one filter), Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer and Washing machine. The house is typical of the region and is now owned by a painter, who has set up his studio there. It is ideally located, 3 minutes by car from the port of Manteau, and 5 minutes from the beach of Sablettes. The peninsula of Saint-Mandrier, very nice to visit, is a few minutes away by car. Toulon is 20 minutes away by car. It will be much appreciated for its proximity to the favourite places of the locals. The accommodation has 5 double beds. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest. ## Emplacement La Seyne-sur-Mer is a seaside resort in the south of France.
