The two houses are in the heart of a large family farmhouse. Recently restored, the first of 250 m2 can accommodate from 10 to 11 people and the second of 100 m2 can accommodate from 6 to 7 people .. In the park, the swimming pool of 12mX5m is in the middle of a vast green space totally fenced, access can only be done by a secure gate. The beaches are nearby, 5 km. For golf lovers there is the very beautiful 18-hole golf course of Saint Cyprien and for crazy skitesurf, one of the best spots 5 km. A kite school offers courses for beginners and affirmed. Next door, another smaller house can accommodate 6 to 7 additional people. The two houses are completely independent of each other but close enough to end up in a living room, a garden or pool. The farmhouse is particularly well located, on the edge of a village, near the beautiful beaches, a famous kite surfing spot and an 18-hole golf course in Saint Cyprien, close to the Vermeille coast, Collioure, Spain, from Perpignan. A perfect place to organize a golf or kitesurf stay, to discover the region, but also to rest in the shade or in the sun between two dives in the pool.
