Villa Cleo is composed by: The main house that can host 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with double bed and 2 rooms with twin beds); 2 bathrooms (with shower), fully equipped kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, wine fridge, BBQ, outdoor Jacuzzi, prvate pool, playroom for kids, library room, balconies, sea views and all kind of comforts. The pool level: This is the heart of the estate, this house which is located in the central level is suitable for all day activities and long nights by the swimming pool with direct views to the sea. This level can accommodate up to 5 people, it consists of 2 double bedrooms (1 master bedroom with A/C and a second bedroom with fan); 1 bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower cabin; a fully equipped kitchen; swimming pool, outdoor shower, BBQ and all kind of facilities, to spend a relaxing vacation. The industrial level: Here guests can enjoy the spacious landscapes of olive trees and the Santorini’s vineyard. Here can find place other 3 guests and it consists of 1 master bedroom, with king size bed and A/C, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, living area with fireplace, outdoor terrace, gardens, massage kiosk and a swimming pool. Santorini basically offers the opportunity of a tranquil and relaxing holiday, but it also has a vibrant nightlife and it is interesting also from an historical point of view. The island can be reached by sea and by plane having one of the biggest airport of the Cyclades. Built on top of a hill in the center of Santorini, the village of Pyrgos offers a wonderful panoramic view of the island and the caldera, reaching the village of Oia. This traditional village is located 8 kilometers southeast of Fira, the capital of the island, and still retains the characteristics of the Venetian fortification. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation; final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum stay: 3 nights Check-in: 15:00 Checkout: 11:00 A refundable deposit of € 1.000 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property. The rates include: daily maid service, daily towels change, chenge of linen every 3 days, meet and greet at the airport, daily breakfast.
