The dining room leads through to a lovely size kitchen with full facilities, including a dishwasher and breakfast area. The utility room houses a washing machine, microwave and an additional sink unit to the kitchen - this leads to a side entrance and garden. Access to the back garden can also be made from the Dining Room and Kitchen. Conditions: Must use throws on lounge furniture and protector on dining room table. There are 4 bedrooms - 2 single; 1 double and 1 King size. Three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and a separate bathroom, with bath and shower serving the remaining bedrooms. The house will accommodate 6 people.
