When you arrive at Lygaria for the first time, it is impossible not to be charmed by its crystal clear sea and its stunning scenery! The house offers its guests two double bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds), bright and welcoming and a spacious living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV, WiFi. The fireplace that is located in the living room gives the opportunity to the guests to visit the house even in the winter as it creates a cozy warm atmosphere. Next to the living room there is also a dining table with chairs offering you the comfort of your own home! The fully furnished kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the cooking utensils gives you the feeling of being at your own home and lets you prepare everything for your friends and family and enjoy it in front of the spectacular sight. Its bathroom has a cozy shower and is supplied with all the basics (such as shampoos and toilet paper) that you may need during your stay. The TV, DVD player and CD player allowing you relax at your free time at the house. At the house there is also WIFI, which is offered for free by the settlement in which the settlement belongs to! Its spacious panoramic terrace is suitable for having breakfast or lunch or even relaxing and enjoying the fascinating view of Lygaria bay. The atmospheric view of the sea can be also viewed by a patio that exists in the house and has access from both bedrooms. For those you prefer more privateness, the apartment also offers one backyard terrace which is suitable for relaxing, reading a book or even having dinner with your company! The house also provides you with clean sheets, towels and beach towels so you don’t have to worry about carrying your own! The apartment is situated 1km from the nearest beach and 600m. from the nearest minimarket from where you can get the basics that you will need for your stay. Near the apartment (about 2km away) at Lygaria’s beach you can also find a wide range of shops including cafeterias, bars, restaurants and tavernas. Except that there are lots of tavernas which can prepare the food of your selection and deliver it at the house (you will find more information at brochures in the house). Agia Pelagia which is situated 5km away from the house offers not only a big variety of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops but also a beautiful beach which worth visiting for swimming! near the house (at Lygaria and Agia Pelagia Bay) you could try scuba-diving, snorkeling, watersports or even sailing as there are several organized centers offering those services (you will find more information at brochures in the house)! You can reach the house with a private car in 15 min. from the airport or Heraklion port. Parking is always available out of the house where you can park for free.
