Charming Landes villa for 8 people, very quiet, set in lush greenery of 600 m2, with a 4x10 m swimming pool at the rear of the house, surrounded by a wooden terrace. Ideally located 200 m from a bakery and 5 min walk from shops (2nd bakery, butcher, mini-market, newspapers, take-away pizza), 7 min by car from the surf spots (les Bourdaines, Les Estagnots, Les Casernes ), 2 min from Seignosse golf course. Free beach bus South facing pool side. There is an outdoor dining table on the wooden terrace at the back for the evening and an outdoor dining table on the front terrace for lunch. The whole house is accessible Rentals are made for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday. We provide bed linen, you will only need your bath towels and toilet bags. The beds will be made when you arrive, ready to sleep! End of stay cleaning is not included, you can discuss the options with my Co-Host, Carmen about the options available. For shopaholics, the village is not far from the outlet stores of the biggest surf brands.
