Petit Paradis was originally a stone farm cottage built in the late 1700s as part of Pech d’Arguel farm. Recently renovated and decorated to a high standard, it retains many of its original features. The gîte is set away from the main house, amongst trees and meadows, making it a perfect getaway. From the property there are far reaching views, including an incredible vista of the cité médiévale of Lauzerte, which is 3km away with its supermarket, shops, restaurants and cafes. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with original oak beams and wooden floor with rugs making it cosy and characterful. The bedroom is luxurious and comfortable with its exposed stone wall, tiled floor with kilim rugs, vaulted ceiling and original oak beams. The kitchen is newly fitted with high quality cupboards and appliances, including an electric fan oven, halogen hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, linen are also provided. There is an exclusive garden area outside the gîte with a patio where you can relax in privacy. The outdoor dining table and chairs along with the Weber barbeque will make summer al fresco dining and cooking an absolute pleasure. Guests have the whole cottage to themselves - entrance foyer, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, en-suite bathroom, 2 private patios. Guests have use of the 12 x 6 metre pool, which is located near the Owners residence and has direct access from the gite. Note: the owners may use the pool on occasion, but only when guests are not using it.`
