Le Petit Bacchus - au cœur de Nantes

In the heart of the historic centre of Nantes, the Le Petit Bacchus apartment is the perfect place to leave your bags for a stay in Nantais. On the fourth floor (without lift) in an old condominium, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers. Whether your stay is for business reasons or for a holiday, you will be delighted to be able to benefit from a privileged location while enjoying the heart of the city. Fully renovated recently and with an area of 35 m2 in total, it is arranged as follows: -an open kitchen very well equipped to make good small dishes: fridge-freezer, induction plate 2 fires, multifunctional oven, microwave oven, kettle, grill-bread, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. The kitchen also consists of a lounge area, pay attention there is no TV in the apartment, we have only WIFI (included in the rental price). -a room equipped with a double bed (140X190), a desk and a small sofa. -a bathroom with shower, towel dryer and toilet. You will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a spreader, an iron and an ironing table. The Cocoonr Agency The accommodation Le Petit Bacchus is managed by the agency Cocoonr de Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a person from our team who will introduce you to the apartment, its operation and hand over the keys. Quality sheets, towels, carpets and towels are provided and the bed is made upon arrival. To start your stay well, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and a few bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar. Neighbourhood and transport While staying at Le Petit Bachus, you are in the heart of the historic centre of Nantes, the famous Bouffay district: cobbled streets, restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and tourist attractions, everything you could wish for is nearby. A visit to the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany? It's less than five minutes walk! To reach Saint Peter's Cathedral, the Graslin Theatre, the Place Royale or the Lieu Unique, about ten minutes will suffice. Nantes offers itself to you thanks to public transport. From "Commerce" (5 min from the apartment), you will have access to the 3 tram lines. For example, with line 1, you can reach the station in 5 minutes. Would you rather cycle around the city? The nearest Bicloo station (self-service bikes) is right next to the Castle, rue des Etats where you can also make a jump to the tourist office to get good tips!
