The Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, on the main arterial road through Ocean Grove: The Parade (please note there will be traffic noise in the courtyard). Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax. All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf. If sitting back and relaxing is more your thing then choose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time. - Located approximately 750 metres to the beach. - A 1-2 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bars, restaurants and boutique stores. There are great cafes, bars & many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk on The Terrace, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more. Ocean Grove has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the beachfront. Getting Around: Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches including family-favourite, Ocean Grove Main Beach for swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months. Reefs and 13th Beach offer waves for advanced surfers. The Barwon River caters to family fishing, boating, SUPing, kayaking. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region. Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 10mins drive away. Explore day trips along The Great Ocean Road! Other Things to Note: -There is no coffee machine (instant coffee sachets only), but there's a fantastic coffee shop across the road called KYOSK). -Master bedroom locked, you will have access to one bedroom only. -Do Not Touch fire sprinklers on the ceiling – huge fines will be applied to your bond.
