Terrace with view on the Loire and small lawn area (80m²). For the weekend, possibility of a departure at the end of the day on request. You will find on the ground floor a large living-dining room and separate kitchen. Toilets are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large landing (with the possibility of a sofa bed) leading to 2 bedrooms for 2 people (each with 1 double bed). A bathroom and separate toilet. End of stay cleaning included.
