Spacious and well-appointed apartment has a principal bedroom with en-suite bath with shower enclosure. Second bedroom has either single or two twin beds with en-suite bath with shower enclosure. Full alcove kitchen in central living area has all appliances, dishwasher, full range of cooking equipment. Living area has table for 6 to 8, all tableware. Washer and dryer in principal bathroom. All located off quiet central courtyard. Lots of light, fully decorated and very convenient to all of central Spoleto with quick access via underground alternative mobility routes to outer town and parking. Please note the second bedroom can also be made up with a double bed if preferred; the resulting walking room at one corner will be quite narrow. Fast Wifi throughout. If you are looking for a smaller accomodation for just one or two guests, or would like an additional bedroom for a group of more than four people, please let us know as we also have available a small studio apartment located off the adjacent inner courtyard.
