This 50's style cottage has recently undergone a full renovation throughout, making it a wonderful place for families, small groups and couples to spend a weekend relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area. Greta Cottage, Gerringong can comfortably accommodate 8 people with 3 Queen rooms and 2 singles. There are two bathrooms, the luxurious main has a double shower, double vanity and bath. The hub of the home includes a large kitchen and open plan living/dining perfectly set up with all of your 'home away from home' needs. Bifold doors connect the internal living/dining areas with a generous covered deck and bar/outdoor kitchen. Moving into the backyard you will find a cosy fire pit area for those Winter evenings, swimming pool, huge lawn space incl. Kitchen garden and a fully kitted out games shed! The large driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles with plenty of off street parking available.
