A beautiful and welcoming villa located on the hills of the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. Thanks to its particular position, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the town of Torri del Benaco, with its Scaliger castle and the whole lake. The accommodation Immersed in a terraced olive grove and surrounded by a large and well-kept garden, the villa, on three levels, comfortably accommodates up to ten people. GROUND FLOOR : The main entrance opens onto a large and bright room with a fireplace, a living area with two large sofas and a dining area. On the same floor there is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped and furnished in Tyrolean style, a double bedroom tastefully furnished with antiques, a second bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with bathtub. THE TERRACE: Lounge, kitchen and double bedroom overlook a large terrace equipped with a large table where guests can eat outside, enjoying the view of the lake. FIRST FLOOR: The upper part of the house, reachable thanks to an internal staircase, consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a small terrace overlooking the lake, a small bathroom (WC, sink and bidet) and, if necessary, another bedroom with a single bed . DOWNSTAIRS: The lower floor of the villa can be reached both thanks to a comfortable internal staircase and directly from the garden. It consists of a large and bright double bedroom, with a veranda that opens onto the garden, a second double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a room with a large oak table that can be used as a playroom / winery / dining room lunch. Complete the lower floor a laundry area with adjoining ironing. Villa "I Gelsomini" also has private parking on the property. Guest access It is a completely private villa and has all the comforts and conveniences necessary for a pleasant stay. Guests have full access to the entire property and to the wonderful garden.
