Come spend your summer holidays in the heart of the medieval village of Viviers, in our family home, and take advantage to discover the Ardèche and its treasures: the caves and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, the museums, the descent of the Ardèche en canöe, markets and villages of character ... Our house dates from the 13th century and is listed as a "Historic Monument". It has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets (2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and one bedroom with 4 90 cm beds). The day area consists of a living room, a TV lounge and a kitchen / dining room + laundry room. Equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen equipment! You will be able to appreciate the closed garden which is adorned in fine weather with light garlands, garden furniture, parasol and an above-ground wooden swimming pool diameter 3.60m ht 1.20m. Baby equipment and cot available if needed. Attached garage for 1 car and easy parking on the square. The rental price is € 700 / week + cleaning service € 60. Duvets and pillows provided. Sheets rental optional 50 € per stay.
