The double or matrimonial beds are large (200 cm. X 210 cm. And those of a square of 100 cm. X 210 cm.). All rooms have a unique key. The Parking is accessed through an automated gate and can recharge the batteries of electric cars (free of charge) in a High Power Electric Charging Station.  -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -----           ADDITIONAL SPECIAL RULES ATTENTION FOR GUESTS .- Each Guest staying in Can Malvinas will have at his disposal a bed of 100 cm x 210 cm. Sufficient dimensions to ensure a good rest for guests with a large size. . -Guests will indicate to the Property what type of beds, single or double, they wish to reserve. .- The double or matrimonial bed will be formed by the union of two single beds. The bedding will cover the two single beds together, the resulting dimension being 200 cm x 210 cm. .- The Double or Matrimonial bed is considered occupied by Two (2) Guests. .- A room with two beds or three single beds; or a Single Bed with a Double Bed will be considered occupied by Three (3) Guests. .- In Can Malvinas it is possible to mount four (4) Double or Double Beds. .- Can Malvinas has Six (6) Rooms. If Can Malvinas is occupied by Six (6) Guests, with one Guest (1) in each Room, it is considered occupied by Eleven (11) Guests. .- The rooms that are not occupied will be closed with a key so that the guests CANNOT ACCESS. .- By Guest means any natural person who is going to stay in Can Malvinas, regardless of their age. Guests (including children and babies) must present an Image of their IDENTITY DOCUMENT accepted by the EUROPEAN UNION. The image of the Document can be a readable photograph taken with the SmartPhone, which will be sent to the OWNER to be delivered to the COMPETENT AUTHORITY, Security Forces and Corps of the Spanish State. .-The Image of the Identity Document of each of the Guests, necessarily, must be delivered before Check-In. .- The accommodation of NON-IDENTIFIED Guests in Can Malvinas who have not presented their Identity Document to the Property will not be allowed. .- In case of any alteration in the number of Guests staying in Can Malvinas, the Property must be informed. .- Children must be controlled by older guests (only responsible) for possible accidents in the use of the Pool and Jakuzzi .- Can Malvinas does not have a Potable Water service from the Public Network. A Reverse Osmosis Plant produces Quality Water for all the faucets in the house. Guests will not need to BUY AND CARRY Water Bottles for consumption in Can Malvinas. .- Before the indiscriminate use, without control, of the Water or Electric Power (Air conditioning all on during uninterrupted hours) a collapse of these services is possible. Replenishing Drinking Water or Electric Power Services by Technicians can take between 6 and 24 Hours. Without WATER or LIGHT service Pool, Jacuzzi, Air Conditioning, Potable Water Service, Toaster, etc. they will stop working .- Can Malvinas is prepared to meet the needs of 11 respectful guests using water and electricity. .- STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE and use prohibited drugs in Can Malvinas. I repeat: Guests CANNOT SMOKE IN CAN MALVINAS OR CONSUME PROHIBITED DRUGS such as Laughter Gas, Cocaine, Heroin, Marijuana, Hashish, Acid, etc. If SOME OF THE GUESTS do not comply with this requirement, they will be retained without refund of the € 1 deposit. 000.00 (ONE THOUSAND EUROS). A cigarette butt, remains of ashes, paper, gas containers, smell of tobacco (or other herbs) in rooms, living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, curtains, etc., somewhere on the farm, will be reason enough to DISCOUNT € 1. 000.00 thousand euros of the deposit.
