The villa is tastefully furnished with modern & luxury design and fully air-conditioned to provide a cool atmosphere even in the height of the summer months. Outdoor area represent dalmatian style with olive gardens and stone walls. GROUND FLOOR of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen, dining room, one double bed room and bathroom. With large glass walls living room is connected with outdoor dinning terrace with bbq and heated swimming pool area. First floor of the villa is designed as 4 sleeping rooms with 2 bathrooms. Villa is comfortable for 10 persons in 5 double bed rooms. Two rooms with two double beds can be separate as 4 single beds. Each room is equipped with wardrobe, towels and sheets. On this floor all rooms have balcony with sea view. OUTDOOR AREA of the house consists: Pool area with heated swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, rattan furniture.
