This holiday home is appealing in so many ways, whether a couple, a group of friends or a family escape this property is suitable and comfortable. Situated right on the water with private access you can enjoy the ease of throwing in a fishing line, taking the 2 kayaks out for a paddle, feeding the ducks or just kicking back with your favourite beverage and leaving your stresses behind. You also have direct access to the main lake if you are a boating enthusiast! The house has 2 living areas to relax in with a great selection of DVD's, CD's, iPod docking station and board games to keep you entertained if you just don't feel like leaving. A gas cooktop and a large gas BBQ on the verandah make cooking a pleasure whilst watching the ducks swim past. There is also a fully fenced yard and a fabulous cubby house to keep the little ones safe and entertained! Very conveniently located the house is a 5 min walk to the bowling club and a cafe, a few minutes to the shop/bottleshop, 10 minutes to boat hire & takeaway food and a 15 min walk to the beach. Milton is a 15 minute drive away which is now a foodie hub with some great restaurants, shops, winery, cafes ect and Mollymook and Ulladulla are only another 5 minutes from there. Pigeon house mountain is a fantastic walk/hike for the actively inclined. Situated approx. a 40 min drive form the house with the turn off between Milton and Ulladulla, this mountain climb has the most fabulous views from the peak and is a fun and at times challenging climb.
