Can sleep up to 8 people. However the bunk beds are short. (Children only) Situated in Paignton close to beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants. Within easy reach of all the tourist attractions that Torbay and Devon has to offer. We provide free Wifi, parking for 2 cars on the drive and free on road parking. For children we have highchair, travel cot, stairgates & baby bath. Child safety catches & restrictors fitted, and we provide socket covers. 1 or 2 dogs welcome for £15 each per stay No other pets allowed On arrival we offer self check in. Coming through the front door, you will enter into the light and airy hallway where there is space to leave shoes and hang your coats. The hallway leads to the stairs, Lounge diner and kitchen. The inviting lounge area has 2 sofa beds (bedding is not provided for these) with cushions and throws, large coffee table, Smart Tv, Dvd player and free high speed Virgin Wifi. The bright dining area which looks out to the rear garden has an extending table and chairs which can seat up to 8 people. We have a highchair when required. In the kitchen there is a gas cooker with grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and a microwave. In the cupboards and drawers there is all the equipment you will need for your stay. Cupboards and drawers are fitted with child safety catches. Socket covers are provided. Upstairs, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms. 1 King size bedroom, 2 x 3ft single (twin bedroom) and another bedroom with Bunk Beds for 2 children. Bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower. Travel cot & Baby bath provided. Most rooms have sockets with Usb. 2 stair gates are provided. Bedding and towels are provided. Bedding is not provided for the sofa beds. Please bring your own beach towels. Outside there is a private sunny south facing rear garden which is accessed from the kitchen. This is a lovely sun trap with a table and chairs. At the front there is a driveway for parking. The garage can be used for storage and can be accessed from the rear garden as well as from the front drive. All keys are provided. Seamoor House is located in a residential area in Paignton, in between Torquay and Brixham, with a bus service on the doorstep, close to a few major supermarkets, fast food chains and stores. The Beefeater Pub is within 1 mile of the house. A short drive or walk to the safe and family friendly Goodrington beach where you will find Splashdown Quaywest waterpark, pub, cafes. Also close by are Torbay Leisure Centre and Paignton Zoo. Paignton seafront has a children’s Geoplay Park and a pier with amusement arcades. We have lots of beautiful walks including the South West Coast Path. Both Torquay and Brixham are a 15 minute drive or bus ride away. The picturesque fishing village of Brixham with its fish restaurants and takeaways is a perfect day out. Children’s activities include crabbing, be a pirate on the Golden Hind, safe swimming in Shoalstone outdoor pool, or playing on the beaches. Torquay has many attractions, including Babbacombe model village, Kent’s Cavern, Cockington Village, Waves Leisure pool and lots of beaches. Paignton has a main line train station with links to all other main line towns. Eg for a day out Shopping in Exeter (where there are coastal stops along the way) or Totnes and Plymouth. There is a Taxi rank next to Paignton railway station. Torbay Taxi’s Daves Cabs Next to the main line there is a steam railway line to Kingswear where there is a ferry to Dartmouth. The steam train travels through Goodrington and is lovely to watch from the beach. There is a bus stop very close to the house where you can take the number 22 to Paignton town next to Paignton railway station. There is a regular bus service number 12 from Paignton bus station to Brixham. In opposite direction to Torquay, onto Newton Abbot. Bedding is Not provided for the sofa beds.
