This property is excellently located on this family-friendly site as it's just up the path from the entertainment venue and a two-minute walk away from the Dymchurch Sea Wall across the road. Up to eight people can stay in this large home, with a double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. There's also space for a travel cot in the double bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, with another toilet and sink in a separate room - extra convenient for families. Another excellent feature of this home is the enclosed hallway that separates the living area from the bedrooms, giving you extra peace and privacy and the freedom to enjoy quality time in the living area without fear of disturbing anyone sleeping.  The large open-plan living area has plenty of counter space for all your belongings. On one side there's a fully-equipped kitchen including an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The fridge even has a small freezer compartment. The carpeted lounge features two large corner sofas, one under the panoramic windows and the other with a stool and table in the dining area. There's also a TV and electric fire to sit around and cosy up on colder evenings. Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.  This property is pet-friendly and all our properties are no-smoking. New Beach Holiday Park is the perfect spot for a seaside holiday as it's just across the road from a walk along the sea wall and a 15-minute walk away from the area's sandy beaches. There's plenty of modern facilities having undergone a major refurbishment in 2018. The new entertainment complex stages amazing live shows throughout the holiday season and the amusement arcade provides fun for all the family. Children can be kept entertained by the Segways, kid's club and the adventure playground. Those looking to relax can take a dip in the indoor heated pool or enjoy a drink in the lounge bar next to the super-size TV screens. The Neptune Pub & Carvery and the on-site clubhouse and restaurant provide great food and drink with a takeaway service. The park is also the perfect base for visiting the area's many tourist attractions, including the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway, and Port Lympne Safari Park, both just a 10-minute drive away. Explore the historic local coastline, including the amusements at the sandy beach of Dymchurch and the coastal market town of Hythe.  Go fishing or boating in the Royal Military Canal or even take a day trip to France with the Eurotunnel a 20-minute drive away. Less than a 30-minutes drive will take you to the scenic headland of Dungeness or the golden sands of Camber, and just beyond is the medieval town of Rye, a beautiful Cinque Port with a nature reserve and quirky independent shops, art galleries, pubs and tearooms.  Nearest supermarket: 5-minute drive.
