The holiday home features 3 beautiful bedrooms each with an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a small fridge, a washing machine, oven and stovetop and a toaster. A full size fridge is located in the cupboard in the carport outside the front door. Far away from the traffic and congestion of city living and located only 2 hours from Sydney and nestled away on a very private property, this impeccably presented country residence offers absolute luxury for a family or a small group of friends to get together. The beautifully appointed living space with a gorgeous lounge room and lounge suite is the perfect spot to sit and read a book or enjoy a pre or post dinner drink. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a 900mm oven and gas stove top. Cook a beautiful meal in the kitchen or use the built in BBQ or Kamado in the adjoining courtyard and either dine at the indoor dining table or sit out under the stars at the timber outdoor dining table. In the cooler months guests can sit out in the courtyard by the open fireplace and enjoy the lush surrounding gardens. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit trees and herb gardens around the property (trees will be fruiting seasonally and we ask guests to take only what they need). The property is incredibly cosy, warm in winter and cool in summer, it’s ideal for a weekend getaway or that week-long stay. The master bedroom offers a plush Queen bed while the second and third bedrooms upstairs both also have a queen bed and all are made with stunning hotel quality linen. The main bathroom downstairs has a bath and separate shower and a separate toilet and the upstairs bathrooms has a shower and toilet. Hotel quality guest amenities and soaps are provided for that extra Endowed with plush rugs, vibrant paintings and stunning polished concrete floors, this property is the perfect retreat. A picnic set and outdoor games are supplied for guests entertainment. Kiama is 27 km from the holiday home, while Nowra is 26 km from the property. The nearest airport is Illawarra Regional Airport, 44 km from The Barn Du Bonheur - set in the hills of Berry. Prior to booking, please note ~ Bookings made for Thursday and Friday nights or Sunday and Monday nights are charged at the full weekend tariff ** From 19th December - 27th January We do not accept any back to back bookings during this time. If there is guests checking IN or OUT backing onto dates you have selected online we will ask to you move your booking back one day before confirming the details. Bookings commencing on a Sunday or Public Holiday will incur a $150 sundry charge
