The villa is on a quiet side road that leads from the main costal road down to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk. The walled garden has lawns, green hedges and exotic palm trees surrounding the swimming pool and terrace, with pretty umbrellas and sunloungers, and a barbecue and kiln are to one side ready for action. The villa has a lovely relaxed ambience inside and out, with plenty of comfy sofas, a smart modern kitchen and dining area in the open plan spaces with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. The three bedrooms along the corridor all have air conditiong and the shower room is a walk- in wet- room shower, with a seperate rest room just off the living area. A few features are the bamboo cage seating area, the swing under the pergola outside, and the clever stone build exterior walls complementing the whitewashed exterior and red roof. Faliraki has so much to offer including the biggest water park in Greece, a state-of-the-art bowling centre and a fun park for children. Ideally placed to explore Rhodes, Lindos and Pefkos,and further afield Gennadi villages down in the south are a wonderful way to soak up the Greek Island vibe or go North up to Rhodes Town, the Medieval Castle and moat the centre of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Whether its enjoying some down time around the pool, checking out the watersports on the beach, or discovering some of the renowned Greek Gastro themed restaurants, Faliraki has a lot to offer!
