This is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom town house which includes a front garden, a bedroom with a balcony and a roof top solarium. On the ground floor you have your living space with a fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and a separate bathroom including a shower and toilet. On the first floor you have a bedroom with 2 single beds and the main bedroom with a double bed and with a balcony, there is also a bathroom on this floor. On the top floor you have a door leading to the roof top solarium. Los Montesinos town is within a 15 minute walk where you will find lots of local bars restaurants and tapas. Beaches are within 15 minutes by car and include Guardamar El Moncayo Torrevieja La Mata My property is about 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 50 minutes from Murcia airport.
