LOCATION Perfectly positioned in the small seaside suburb of Surfside at Batemans Bay this home is located a short level walk to the Clyde River and Surfside Beach. There are sports ovals around the corner to kick a ball or play cricket. LAYOUT (please see floor plan) This home has plenty of room for 2 families It has been recently renovated. You walk through the large entry door into the open plan lounge / living /kitchen area with ducted air conditioning. You can walk out to the large fenced yard and sit around the outdoor table and have a BBQ. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so you are able to wash the sand off from the beach before accessing the main house. The kitchen has twin door fridge and dishwasher, and well set up kitchen with a large dining table to enjoy. There is a high chair and port-a-cot for your convenience. BEDROOMS Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. - Main bedroom: A Queen sized bed, ensuite ducted air cond. - Bedroom two: Queen sized bed, ducted air cond. - Bedroom three: 2 king singles, ducted air cond. Bedroom four: Tri-bunk, fan. Bedroom five: Queen Bed, fan. The King single beds can be made into a king bed but own sheets will need to be provided. There is a cot available but please advise so we can make sure it is accessible for you, please bring own for cot. The property provides WI FI BATHROOMS There is a bathroom that has a shower and toilet and is great to access from the rear side door, use to wash off the sandy beach before you come into the main house. The ensuite has a shower and toilet. The main bathroom very large double vanity a shower, bath and toilet. In the laundry top-load washing machine. OUTSIDE The yard is fully fenced and you can enjoy lazy afternoons cooking on the large barbeque or just enjoying a quiet drink, on the outdoor table. Driveway and off street parking available. A Short and easy walk into Batemans Bay Town Centre, cafes, restaurants. The swimming beach for the family is only 100mtrs short walk down the road. PETS Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property. Minimum 7 night stay in high season; minimum 2 night say during low to mid season
