The house is located in a private road, it is located on the second floor of a house and is on two levels. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, respectively, on the main floor and in the attic. Around the perimeter of the house is surrounded by large balconies to the east and west are covered and are ideal for breakfast and outdoor dining. The bedroom is facing east and overlooking the sea, very bright in the morning and cool in the afternoon has a great view. The garden is spacious and overlooks the sea. From there it has direct access to the beach which is separated from the town and therefore absolutely not crowded.
