The Old Chapel at La Vecchia Greve

Originally it was the Church of the Hamlet of La Vecchia Greve and now it has been restored to a beautiful little cottage with private pool; in its garden, allaround the Cottage, you can still see the ruins of the original castle dated 1100 This Cottage is displayed on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room / dining room with kitchen corner, a sofa suitable for one person and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms. La Vecchia Greve "is the oldest hamlet of Chiantishire, dated 1100. From the property you have great views on the surrounded vineyards. Greve is located between Florence and Siena and close to well-known places like: Certaldo, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and many others. Distances: the charming little village of Panzano in Chianti 6 km, Greve in Chianti 800 meters (3 minutes by car but also reachable by walking in 15 minutes downhill), Florence 25 km, Siena 35 km. In the sourrondings of Greve, horse riding and cycling in a splendid countryside. Buses run every hour to / from Greve to Florence. Parking at the property is free. We offer a taxi to take you to / from Greve in case you have no car. Price for this service is € 5.00 per person per way.
