Newly, central apartment, Recently Renovated, ready to welcome visitors, in Thessaloniki. - It can host up to 6 people - perfect for families and group of friends (up to two people in every bedroom and up to two people on the sofa-bed). - It is located in a quiet street, just a road above Tsimiski str (one of the main shopping streets of Thessaloniki). - The balcony is perfect for coffee break. It faces a stone-paved street, facing part of Tsimiski Str. - It features a table and 4 chairs - The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds (1,40cm x 190cm each bed). - Each one features a 4 door closet for our guests to tidy up their things - We used the most necessary furniture, in an attempt, to offer a relaxing holiday environment ot our guests. The decoration is also simple but elegant, with decorative items that enrich the environment with colour without overdoing it. - The living room features a comfortable sofa which can be converted to a double bed. - The bathroom features a rain shower cabin, a bathroom furniture with mirror, a washing machine. - Inside the bathroom furniture, guests will find a single use toothbrush, cotton, small pharmacy kit, hair dryer, cotton buds - We also, provide washing detergent powder, moist baby wipes, shampoo and shower gel. Our guests will feel at home! - The open plan kitchen features a bench with 4 stools, which can be extended and host up to 6 people. - Our kitchen is fully stocked with Cookware such as pots, frying pan for the preparation of meals, Glasses (wine, beer, water), Mugs for goffee and tea, espresso glass cups. - Of course, guests will find a Kettle, Coffee machine, Toaster, Microwave, Stovetop Espresso Maker. - We provide 3 different kind of coffees and tea We believe, we have thought of almost every detail for making our guests' staying as pleasant as possible! - The apartment is at the disposal of our guests and No one else can have access to it. - Those who wish to work on their computer, can use either the kitchen bench or the table on the balcony
