Just a 15 minutes’ drive from Playa de Muro, this stylish town house offers a second home to 6 guests. The small town of Sa Pobla is located in the North of Majorca and you can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars. Although you can walk there, a car is necessary to get to the house and to move on the island. If you come during spring, you can enjoy cycling and hiking. Visit the Caves of Campanet or Ses Fonts Ufanes, subterranean springs which sparkle after heavy rainfalls. The northern beaches are just a few kilometers away. Can Picafort, Platja de Capellans and Puerto de Alcúdia are fine grained, family-friendly sand beaches. Visit also the picturesque villages of Alcúdia and Pollença or do a boat trip to Cap Formentor. Start your day with a dip in the private chlorine. Around the pool, take one of the sun loungers or enjoy a lunch outside. If you’re into sports, you will be happy to hear that there’s a private gym on the first floor. Inside, you will be surprised by stylish furniture and airy rooms. There’s a living-dining room with open kitchen on the ground floor, including a microwave and an induction hob. The living area with air conditioning overlooks the pool, where you can watch your children while they’re playing in the pool. Your kids will enjoy playing with the toys the owner left for them. There’s a shower bath with mirror on the ground floor. A shower bath and the three bedrooms with air conditioning and are on the upper floor. The main bedroom counts with a double bed and shower bath en-suite; the other two rooms are equipped with 2 single beds. There’s a washing machine, iron with ironing board and a baby bed and a high chair. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. As required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
