This comfortable and spacious 100m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building with no lift. The house is located in the residential area in the south central area of Padua, a 10-minute walk from Prato della Valle and the Basilica del Santo and 5 minutes from the main hospitals. The accommodation has a large living room with a relaxation corner and a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area, equipped with a fridge, a stove, a traditional oven, a kettle, a dishwasher and kitchen utensils, two large bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen included. Terrace furnished with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, fan, 50-inch TV, cot for babies, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, independent heating with the boiler. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival. IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED. Other things to highlight PLEASE NOTE: - All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. - For check-ins after the scheduled times, the following supplements are required: * after 9.30 pm and up to 11 pm a supplement of 25 Euros is required * after 11pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 Euros is required * after midnight and until 1 a supplement of 40 Euros is required We are unable to check in past 1:30. Upon your arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Padua.
