Recently refurbished, Bridge Cottage is a fully self-contained one bedroom apartment, conveniently positioned just 200m from the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, and 300m from Nowra’s CBD. Accommodating up to three people, the cottage is available for short and medium term stays, and is well suited to corporate travel, with the local council chambers just 200m away. Offering a full sized kitchen, with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, the kitchen, living and dining areas are open-plan in design, while a separate bedroom and bathroom offer privacy. BEDROOM The bedroom features a queen bed, large built-in robe and ironing facilities. Additional third person is accommodated on a foldaway king single bed in the living area. Please contact owner if foldaway bed is required. BATHROOM The bathroom features a shower, with mirror above the vanity. KITCHEN The full-sized kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas, and features cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, small bar fridge, microwave, free-standing oven and plenty of cupboard space. COMBINED LIVING / DINING The combined living and dining area features a four seater table, lounge and flat screen television. SERVICES All stays over a week long will receive a mid-stay service. PARKING Parking is available at the rear of the property for one car only. On-street parking at the front of the cottage is also available. Bridge Cottage is located within easy walking distance to Nowra’s CBD and attractions. SHOPPING Just 300m from the cottage, Nowra’s CBD features numerous cafes, restaurants, banks, chemists, bakery and retail stores etc. Coles and Woolworths are located within this area, approximately 500m from the cottage. Stockland Shopping Centre and Roxy cinemas are also located nearby. PLAYGROUND Bridge Cottage is located 300m from the beautiful Harry Sawkins Park. Featuring barbeque facilities and playground, the park features a large pond, and is home to numerous water birds, ducks and geese. ENTERTAINMENT The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre is just 200m from Bridge Cottage.
