Ericeira Beach Haven a Clean&Safe place for you =)

Welcome to Ericeira Beach Haven, your new home in this beautiful place. Located in the heart of Ericeira next to the main square, above Ericeira Surf & Skate shop, this is the ideal spot to spend a good time. In the center of the village, one step away from restaurants, beaches, bars, shops and main tourist attractions, this lovely apartment has all the amenities to have a fun holidays with your friends or a romantic weekend with your better half =) This is our vacation apartment, it's newly decorated and fully equipped. With a total of 5 windows you can expect lots and lots of sunlight everyday. We love spending time in it, and we believe you'll too =) Both rooms have a king size bed and a closet with enough space to store all your clothes. The living room has TV, a leather couch, and a 6 chair dinner table, so you and your family, or your friends, can enjoy a nice home meal. The bathroom has a tub with a shower, so you can choose either to take a quick bath or a long one. For each guest we offer a pack with shampoo, soap and hair conditioner, it will also be at your disposal 2 towels. The kitchen is attached with the living room and it's fully equipped. You can wash your clothes in the washing machine and dry it in the clothe line at the apartment entrance. The apartment has unlimited wi-fi internet, but please use it only indoor. At chek-in you'll receive a keychain with 2 keys, 1 main door key + 1 apartment door key. I'll be there to welcome you and lead you to the apartment. If you have any questions or doubts, or if you need something to be resolved, you can always contact me. I'll do my best to solve it. The apartment is located right in the center, so you can park your car and go everywhere by foot. It's a 1 minute walk from taxi rank and a 10 minute walk from bus station. From there you can visit any place that has to offer, you can go and visit "Convent of Mafra", or even go to Sintra and behold "Serra de Sintra" and "Palácio Nacional da Pena". When checking out please leave the door unlocked and the keys inside the apartment. __________________________________________________________ Municipal Tourist Tax: This tax is applied to all guests of the age of 13 or above, regardless of nationality or residence, per person and per overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. The payment of municipal tourist tax is made at the check-in, in cash, as a single amount and charged by the host. It will be charged 2 € / night per person in the high season and 1 € / night per person in the low season: High Season: from 1st of May to 31st of October; Low Season: 1st of November to 30th of April. This tax is intended to finance activities and investments related to tourism, such as tourist information and support measures, strengthening of the security of people and goods, maintenance works and improvements on various levels: urban, territorial, heritage and environmental protection of the public space . The creation of cultural, artistic and leisure facilities in the municipality of Mafra is also one of the uses of the tax income.
