It perches on top of a hill, 22km from Narbonne and 32 Béziers, and 1 hour from Carcassonne, to offer a spectacular view of the vineyards and the village from the terrace. The fenced garden is an oasis of calm and freshness thanks to its lush vegetation and its lockable gate. There is no traffic in the immediate vicinity. The private pool is heated on request and at extra charge between May 1st and October 31st and has a Roman staircase. Thanks to its electric convectors, its chimney with a circulation system of water and a good insulation, the house is welcoming in any season. You can access the outside from a spacious living / dining room, comfortably furnished, thanks to a large bay window with a beautiful view. The large master bedroom is air conditioned and has its own bathroom. For your peace of mind, all rooms have a mosquito net. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 18.00 per person. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
