This villa is situated at Puerto Portals, in the south – west side of the island at 450mts of the beach. It’s not actually that big – you could walk from one end to the other in five minutes – but the point of being here is to sit and enjoy the world as it goes by. With street cafes and restaurants aplenty, you can come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and admire the luxury yachts. The house has 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 6 people, 3 double beds. It has three bathrooms, two with bath and dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. It has Air Conditioning and Heating. Wi-Fi available throughout the house. The villa has a private garage. Further you can enjoy lazing on the terrace by the pool (4m x 8m). With sun beds so you can relax and sunbath under the beautiful sun of Mallorca. There are available baby cots &Highchairs. The price will be for the a cot 10€/day; For highchair 5€/night. It’s upon request. * No parties are allowed in this property, please be respectful with the neighborhood. Please note that late check ins: from 9pm onwards, there is a charge of 50€ to be paid upon arrival Rules: - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa. -You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa -The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay. -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
