Villa Arcadia is a newly built beautiful villa in Škropeti/Central Istria situated on a secluded location. For those who love complete privacy, this house will delight its visitors. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a kitchen connected with the dining room and living room with a sofa bed for two persons. The living room has a direct access to a large roofed terrace equipped with seating furniture where you can enjoy in a nice view on beautifully landscaped garden, lawn and plenty of Mediterranean vegetation. Furthermore, the guests can enjoy in a private swimming pool and in an outdoor BBQ grill. The house is reachable by a 100 meters long road which is not asphalted. The first beach is in Poreč, which is approximately 20km away. Pets aren't allowed. The price includes linen, towels, parking, final cleaning and Wi-Fi.
