** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Riptide @ Cape Woolamai" is a 2 story home, with rural and water views, close to the beach in Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** Downstairs you will find bedrooms 2, and 3, a laundry, and the main bathroom (with bath, shower and a separate toilet). Upstairs is the large open plan kitchen, dining/living room (smart TV with FETCH, DVD player) which provides access to the upstairs front balcony. There are lovely water glimpses from the upstairs living room and balcony. The master bedroom is also upstairs with WIR and en-suite (with shower and toilet) as well as a wall mounted TV. ** Outdoor Areas ** The enclosed front and back yard is perfect for the kids and the large covered balcony at the front of the home is great for entertaining with BBQ and an outdoor setting as well as some lounges. There’s an outdoor shower (hot & cold water) down the side of the house. There’s a long driveway on the side of the house for at least 4 cars or boats. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** There’s a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the upstairs open plan living area, plus wall mounted electric heaters in bedrooms 2 and 3. There are also ceiling fans in the living room as well as all bedrooms. ** Bedroom Configuration: ** "Riptide @ Cape Woolamai" is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Double bed and One set of Single bunks ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
