If youre keen to get lost in downtown New Plymouth head wander the walkway and you will find yourself in the heart of the CBD, where you will find eateries, boutique shopping, art galleries, museums, and much more. If youre enjoying the sea breeze and feel adventurous, keep walking and you will eventually find yourself at the Port with more great cafes and restaurants and Ngamotu Beach where you can pick up a takeaway at the funky fish & chip shop. Maybe head in the other direction to the lovely Fitzroy and East End Beaches & the Te Henui Walkway, so many options from this prime location. Covid-19 cancellation policy.  If the Region that the booking person is from has gone into Government forced Covid lockdown preventing the booking guest from physically travelling to our Region, they will be offered the opportunity to move dates or be refunded in full. If the booking guest can not travel due to being Covid positive or being required to isolate and they can provide proof within the same dates of their stay, they will be offered the opportunity to move dates or be refunded in full. PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure. All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
